WholeSecured serves all major property types:

  • Residential — independent houses, villas, apartments, housing complexes
  • Commercial — offices, retail spaces, shopping complexes
  • Industrial — factories, manufacturing units, production facilities
  • Logistics — warehouses, distribution centres, storage facilities
  • Institutional — schools, hospitals, government buildings
How is WholeSecured different from a regular maintenance service?

Traditional maintenance services fix problems after they occur. WholeSecured prevents problems before they happen.

The key differences are:

  • We begin with a professional safety inspection — not just a service visit
  • We issue a detailed report with documented risk findings
  • Certification is only issued after passing verified safety standards
  • Our PMP provides structured periodic monitoring — not reactive repair
  • Every step is documented and tracked for long-term safety history
Is WholeSecured a recognised company?

Yes. WholeSecured is officially recognised by two of India's leading startup bodies:

  • Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) — Government of Kerala
  • India Startup Mission — Government of India

This recognition validates WholeSecured's model as a credible, scalable solution for Kerala's property safety gap.

How long does a property inspection take?

Inspection duration depends on the property size, type, and inspection level selected. As a general guide:

  • Basic inspection of a small residential property — typically 2 to 3 hours
  • Standard inspection of a mid-size home or apartment — typically 3 to 5 hours
  • Advanced inspection of a large or commercial property — typically a full day or more

Our team will give you a more accurate time estimate when you book, based on your specific property.

What do I receive after the inspection?

After every inspection, you receive a detailed Safety Inspection Report that includes:

  • Overall property safety condition assessment
  • System-wise findings with risk level classification
  • Identified safety risks and infrastructure issues
  • Recommendations for corrective actions
  • Certification eligibility status

The report type (Basic, Detailed, or Comprehensive) depends on the inspection level you selected.

How often should I get my property inspected?

For properties not enrolled in PMP, we recommend a professional safety inspection every 12 months at a minimum, or immediately if:

  • You notice any electrical, plumbing, or structural issues
  • The property is more than 5 years old and has never been inspected
  • You are planning to rent out or sell the property
  • After any flooding, fire incident, or major renovation

Properties enrolled in PMP receive periodic inspections as part of their plan — so frequency is managed automatically.

Do I need to prepare anything before the inspection?

Our team will guide you on any specific preparation needed when you book. Generally:

  • Ensure access to all areas of the property including utility rooms
  • Keep the main electrical panel accessible
  • Make sure water supply is active for plumbing checks
  • Inform us in advance of any known issues or areas of concern

You do not need to move furniture or make any major preparations. Our inspectors are trained to work efficiently within the property as-is.

Property Safety Certification
4 questions
What is the WholeSecured Property Safety Certificate?

The WholeSecured Property Safety Certificate is an official document confirming that a property has been professionally inspected and meets the required safety standards for occupancy or operation.

It acts as a verified trust document for property owners, buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders — confirming the property is safe, functional, and reliable.

Learn about certification →
Is certification automatically given after inspection?

No. Certification is not automatic. It is only issued after a property successfully passes the full safety inspection and verification process.

If the inspection identifies safety risks or infrastructure issues, the Safety Report will clearly highlight those problems and recommend corrective actions. Once the necessary improvements are made, the property can be re-inspected and certification can be issued.

This policy ensures that every WholeSecured certificate is genuinely credible and trustworthy.

What are the benefits of having a certified property?

A WholeSecured certified property provides several important advantages:

  • Confirmed safety — you know the property has been professionally verified
  • Higher buyer and tenant trust when renting or selling
  • Documented safety history that adds credibility and value
  • Eligibility to enroll in the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP)
  • Future eligibility for insurance collaboration benefits (upcoming feature)
How do I get my property certified?

The path to certification follows four steps:

  • Book a property safety inspection with WholeSecured
  • Receive your detailed Safety Inspection Report
  • Complete any required corrective actions identified in the report
  • Pass the safety verification — certification is then issued

Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP)
6 questions
What is the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP)?

The Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP) is WholeSecured's flagship long-term property protection program. It is not a basic maintenance contract — it is a structured system that combines periodic safety inspections, preventive system monitoring, maintenance planning, and safety documentation into one ongoing program.

PMP replaces the traditional reactive maintenance model with a proactive, preventive approach — identifying and resolving issues early before they become costly problems.

Learn more about PMP →
Who is eligible for PMP?

PMP is available only to properties that have completed the WholeSecured inspection and certification process. To be eligible:

  • Your property must have undergone a WholeSecured safety inspection
  • You must have received your Safety Inspection Report
  • Your property must have passed safety verification
  • A Property Safety Certificate must have been issued

This ensures that every property under PMP is already confirmed safe and properly assessed before long-term monitoring begins.

Is PMP a fixed package or customised?

PMP is fully customised — there is no fixed package. Each plan is designed based on five factors specific to your property:

  • Property size and total area
  • Type of property (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.)
  • Infrastructure systems present in the property
  • Maintenance requirements identified in the inspection report
  • Safety risk level of the property

This means you only pay for what is relevant to your property — not a generic package that may not fit your needs.

What does PMP include?

PMP provides six core components, customised to your property:

  • Periodic safety inspections at scheduled intervals
  • Preventive system monitoring — tracking early warning signs
  • Early risk identification before issues escalate
  • Maintenance planning and support coordination
  • Service coordination — managing the right support for your property
  • Safety documentation and inspection history tracking
How is PMP different from a traditional AMC?

Traditional AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) focuses on reacting to problems after they occur. PMP is fundamentally different:

  • PMP begins with a verified safety inspection — AMC does not
  • PMP includes documented safety reports — AMC typically does not
  • PMP uses preventive monitoring to catch issues early — AMC waits for breakdowns
  • PMP builds a long-term safety history for the property — AMC does not
  • PMP is only available after certification — ensuring quality from the start

In short, PMP is the modern evolution of the traditional AMC — combining safety inspection, preventive monitoring, and maintenance support into one structured system.

How do I enroll in PMP?

To enroll in PMP, follow these steps:

  • Complete a WholeSecured property safety inspection
  • Receive your Safety Report and address any identified issues
  • Pass safety verification and receive your Property Safety Certificate
  • Contact us to request a PMP consultation — we will design a customised plan

Pre-Purchase Inspection
4 questions
Why should I get a pre-purchase inspection before buying a property?

Most properties appear perfectly fine during a normal visit. Hidden issues — electrical faults, plumbing leaks inside walls, structural weaknesses, drainage problems — are only discovered after purchase, often at significant cost.

A WholeSecured Pre-Purchase Inspection gives you:

  • Full clarity on the real condition of the property before committing
  • Protection from unexpected repair costs after purchase
  • Negotiation power — use the report to negotiate a better price if issues are found
  • Confidence in your investment decision
What does the Pre-Purchase Inspection cover?

The Pre-Purchase Inspection is a comprehensive evaluation covering all 8 major property systems — electrical, plumbing, civil structure, fire safety, HVAC, drainage, WTP, and STP.

You receive a Pre-Purchase Safety Report that includes the overall condition assessment, identified risks, system findings, and corrective recommendations — giving you the full picture before you decide.

Learn more about pre-purchase inspection →
Can I get a pre-purchase inspection done on any property type?

Yes. The Pre-Purchase Inspection covers all property types — residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and properties under construction (pre-handover). If you are buying any type of property in Kerala, we can inspect it.

What happens after I buy the property?

After purchasing your property, if it meets safety standards, it becomes eligible for the full WholeSecured safety ecosystem:

  • Property Safety Certification — formally confirming your property meets safety standards
  • Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP) — long-term protection and ongoing safety monitoring

The pre-purchase inspection is the first step of the journey — the certification and PMP continue to protect your investment long after purchase.
